City of Hallowell Fireworks Ordinance - Sections 4-281 - 4-287

 

The use of fireworks is prohibited in the City of Hallowell unless you get a Fireworks Permit from the Fire Department for certain areas in the City. 

A Fireworks Restriction Zone Map is attached along with the City of Hallowell's Fireworks Ordinance.

Maine Information and Analysis Center along with the Maine State Fire Marshal's Office has issued a Fireworks Prohibited Items memo attached.
