City Council: The administration of the City of Hallowell which consists of a Mayor and seven Councilors and constitute the legislative body of the City of Hallowell 
City ManagerCity ClerkResponsible for overall City operations & City records. Key staff members include the City Manager, City Clerk, and Deputy City Clerk

City Treasurer: Responsible for ensuring Hallowell's money is collected fairly, accounted for accurately and managed in a manner that preserves the public trust. 

Code Enforcement Office: Responsible for the enforcement of the City's land use ordinances, provides information, assistance, and issues permits.
